This holiday always makes us think about the beach. The beach makes us think about beautiful beach houses. Beach houses are usually light, bright, and airy. Here are a few of our favorite light, bright spaces from over at Rue Magazine.

Is 2010 really almost over? This year has completely flown by! We at SummerHouse are looking forward to a fun and exciting 2011. We already have some fun events in the works! Stay tuned for details about our “For the Love of Art” event coming up in February, where we will feature several of our favorite artists and their amazing work.

Happy Monday everybody! We hope you had a great weekend! Friday, several of us spent the day getting a very special customer’s house ready for a Christmas party they were having that night. Melanie did an amazing job with all of the Christmas decorations and floral arrangements. And this house (you may recognize it from our Before and After: Bookshelves post a couple of weeks ago!) is a project that Lisa has been working on for years. It is finally almost finished and it is absolutely breath-taking! Take a peek….
